The primary goals identified within this area of service are to improve usability and accessibility. Identifying intuitive and repeatable “design patterns” of frequent processes common to the Internet, e.g. shopping carts, relevant search, form submission, enables Wynnefields Creative to shape a Web interface to attract and retain customers with its ease of use and intuitive layout. We can assist with user interface redesign(s) to improve these processes in existing Web sites and create a more customer friendly design.
This service area one of the more recent to the Web Design industry and introduced to the Internet development and creative communities by Customer Experience Professionals or Usability Professionals. Human-Computer Interaction is now being offered with a full curriculum at most universities and colleges as required areas of study in their design and communications programs.
